Your Coaching Philosophy: Provide a demanding yet enjoyable environment that challenges players to
develop their potential as a player and person. In addition to teaching the
technical and tactical aspects of soccer, teach players about dedication,
commitment, responsibility and teamwork. Respect for the game, teammates,
coaches ,opponents and officials. We strive to win but must always remember
it ‘s only a game.
