Coaching Philosophy:
I
believe in being prepared for every training session. I
also work very hard to make sure that the players are
stimulated to learn and that they have fun. I believe
that if the Coach is doing the right thing, winning will
eventually take care of itself. I am coaching at this
age to try and give these kids a good experience as they
begin their soccer careers. I believe that ball control
is the key to success and that every player must get the
chance to play. |
